How to Keep a Lake Healthy and Clean

The most effective method to Keep a Lake Healthy and Clean Living with a lake view can be a magnificent method to feel near nature, to appreciate oceanic exercises, and to encounter the seasons as they pass by. Be that as it may, claiming lakeshore property accompanies duties towards the biological wellbeing of the lake. To have the option to keep getting a charge out of the regular excellence and recreational exercises a lake brings to the table, and toâ keep your propertys esteem up, here are a couple of steps to consider: Limit Runoff Contamination is maybe the most immediate danger to a lake biological system. Without mechanical waste release, a great part of the poisons originate from precipitation overflow. Maybe the absolute most significant advance to forestall water contamination is to control the measure of toxin that gets into the lake washed in by precipitation. This can be cultivated through a few methodologies: Limit your grass zone. Keeping up a grass garden is regularly thought to mean the utilization of composts and herbicides and it is exceptionally hard to portion them accurately. Downpour will ship overabundance compost into the lake, which will invigorate malodorous, unattractive, and possibly harmful algal blossoms. Consider skirting the manure, and figure out how to live with a defective garden. Even better, cut down on the measure of yard you have to keep up. Herbicides can be poisonous to oceanic life †on the off chance that you have to utilize them, spot treat the issue zones as needed.Capture overflow from impenetrable surfaces. Housetops and garages are instances of impenetrable surfaces, which don't permit water to permeate into the dirt. Rather, water gathers toxins and speeds off, adding to soil disintegration. These dirt particles end up in lakes, making sedimentation issues. Rooftop overflow can be caught with downpour barrels, and later used to water blossom beds. S treet spillover can be steered into a downpour garden made of water-adoring plants. The vitality of the moving water will be ingested, hindering disintegration, and the suspended particles will get saved in the nursery, rather than in the lake. On the off chance that you’re arranging another or substitution carport, consider porous ones made of pavers which lets run water through and arrive at the dirt. Secure Natural Shoreline Vegetation Exposed garden right to the shoreline may be a stylish that interests to a few, yet it is frightful to a lake. It is essential to secure existing vegetation along the shoreline: the bushes and trees there keep the shallow waters cooler, forestalling unattractive algal blossoms and ensuring fish living space. The plants’ attaches clutch the shoreline soil, forestalling disintegration. A thick vegetation strip along the shore likewise goes about as a support, retaining contaminations and silt streaming towards the lake.Replace lost or harmed shoreline vegetation by planting local species. Your nearby nursery ought to have the option to recommend quickly developing, tough plants adjusted to wet shoreline conditions. Demoralize Invasive Species When arranging your property, stick to local plant species, particularly along the shoreline. Intriguing plants can get obtrusive and quickly spread along the shore, dislodging local ones and upsetting the amphibian environment. Harming invasiveâ plants incorporate phragmites, purple loosestrife, and reed canary grass.A regular path for intrusive aquatics plants to enter a lake is by hitching a ride on a pontoon (an obtrusive animal varieties vector). Bits of green growth or plant can be stuck on a pontoon propeller, or on the trailer, and be inadvertently moved starting with one lake then onto the next. To maintain a strategic distance from this,â take precautionary measures before placing a vessel in and even better think about actualizing a pontoon examination station at the open pontoon incline. Numerous states have awards to help landowner relationship in financing these investigations. Especially troubling are Eurasian water-milfoil and the barbed water bug, as they c an drastically change a lake’s environment and altogether modify recreational exercises. More amicable Fishing Innumerable lakes presently have intrusive fish species that were presented by fishermen. Don’t be a basin scientist †just utilize local fish, crawfish, and parasites as lure. Numerous lakes have oceanic biological systems that have now been changed by the presentation of yellow roost, brilliant shiners, or rock bass.A especially guileful type of lake contamination is lead to lost tackle. Practice without lead angling, and abstain from making the untamed life wiped out. Nut cases, grebes, ducks, and bald eagles are especially defenseless. Practice Green Boating Speedboat exercises can be troublesome to a lake’s wellbeing from multiple points of view. Keep away from these issues by picking human-controlled choices: kayak, kayak, boat, or stand-up paddleboard. If you are utilizing a speedboat, favor four-stroke motors more than two-stroke ones. They have better mileage, less discharges, and are calmer. They additionally don't discharge unburned fuel into the water, which two-strokes do.Mind your wake. Slow down when you are close to shore, as the wave activity made by pontoons can expand shore disintegration, discharging silt, and harm shoreline vegetation. Controlling Waste Water Follow existing nearby statutes for your septic frameworks. Guidelines indicate a base separation between the lake shore and your septic framework. Also, ordinary examinations and upkeep will guarantee it works appropriately. Broken septic frameworks are a significant wellspring of supplement pollution.Mind the items that end up in your septic tank †one of the principle issues is the green growth taking care of phosphate in cleansers. Clothing cleanser is presently to a great extent sans phosphate in the United States, however many dish-washing cleanser marks despite everything contain it.However enticing it is, abstain from washing in the lake. Shampoos and cleansers contain synthetic concoctions that are not benevolent to amphibian biological systems, regardless of the â€Å"biodegradable† or â€Å"all natural† marks on the container. Going the Extra Mile Join your lake affiliation and be a voice for preservation. At the point when issues emerge, investigate them and advance ecologically stable arrangements. In the United States, state branches of characteristic assets as a rule have limnologists (lake researchers) who can address your inquiries. What's more, many state colleges have agreeable augmentation administrations which might have the option to help you.Be engaged with your territorial land trust. Typically, these documents provide the scholarship committees with valuable insight regarding your students qualities, character, and accomplishments. They are usually written by someone who knows your child well, as people who are close to them can best speak to their attributes or answer any identified questions the scholarship committee may have.Related Articles:When Your Child Should Start Applying for Scholarships5 Things You Need to Know About the Scholarship Process3 Quick Tricks to Streamlining Your Scholarship ProcessWho Can Write the Letter?Often, one of the hardest parts about acquiring a scholarship letter of recommendation is determining who should actually write the letter. In some cases, the instructions for applying will specify who the committee wants to hear from, making this part of the process somewhat easier. However, when they dont provide explicit guidance, your child will have to make this determination on their own.The most common sources for a scholarship letter of recommendation are teachers, employers, volunteer work supervisors, and mentors. At times, coworkers may also be suitable options, depending on the nature of the relationship. It helps to have multiple options when it comes to those w riting a letter for your child. This helps avoid overwhelming one person with a ton of requests.Furthermore, ensuring these various letters are from people in different areas is best to share a well-rounded view. For example, if the scholarship allows 2 or 3 letters of recommendation, we suggest getting one from a left-brain activity or subject (science or math for example), one from a right-brain activity or subject (creative tasks), and/or one from an extracurricular activity. This isnt a hard rule but the idea is to use the opportunity of submitting multiple letters to share a well-rounded picture. The most important part in deciding who to ask is to choose a person who can provide the committee with the most valuable information. However, even though they may know your child better than anyone else, family members and friends arent usually the best sources in the eyes of the committee (unless the instructions specifically request their input). Is a Scholarship Letter of Recommenda tion Necessary?Whether or not a scholarship letter of recommendation is considered a requirement is based on the applications instructions provided by the committee. If one is listed as a must-have portion of the application, then, yes, it is always necessary. In cases where one isnt requested, your child may still want to submit one, as long as the instructions allow for supplemental documents. At times, your student will have the flexibility to provide additional information that helps demonstrate why they should be considered for the award, and a scholarship letter of recommendation is a wonderful addition. But, other applications are a bit more limiting, and they dont want anything added that isnt spelled out on the requirements list. How Many Letters Does Your Child Need? The answer to this question depends on the scholarships to which your child is applying. Certain committees will only request a single letter of recommendation, while others may want two or three. In some cases, the same document can be used in multiple applications, as long as the content is applicable to each of the scholarships, but that isnt always an option depending on the topics that need to be covered by the writer.Ultimately, there is no hard and fast rule about the number of scholarship letters of recommendation your child should gather, though having a few that can be applied to various situation is always handy. How to Ask for a Scholarship Letter of RecommendationFrom your childs perspective, the actual act of asking for a scholarship letter of recommendation may feel like the hardest part. But, it doesnt have to be.The first thing that needs to be mentioned is it is almost always better to ask sooner than later. Writing a letter takes time and, if the person has a full schedule, giving them only a day or twos notice isnt going to fly, especially if you want the content to be thoughtful.Typically, the best approach is to be very straightforward about the request. Your child shou ld let the person know that they are applying for a scholarship and that it requires a letter of recommendation. Then, they can simply ask the prospective writer if they would be willing to provide the document and see if the timeframe associated with the application deadline works for them. We always tell our students to give recommenders at least 2 weeks notice.Your student does have options regarding how they make the request, though discussing it with the individual in-person first is always preferable. If that isnt possible, a phone call is also a strong choice. Then, after the initial communication, your child can send a follow-up email with additional details, such as the topics that must be covered and how the letter needs to be submitted. One trick we also recommend is to send a resume or list of involvements, achievements and activities along with the request. Your child shouldnt be afraid to provide recommenders with the ammo they need to write an amazing letter. The more information they have, the better they can sell your child.Should the Letter be Digital or Printed? This is another point where referring to the instructions outlined in the application process is important. Some committees will want an original, hand-signed copy of the scholarship letter of recommendation sent to them separately while others may prefer email. In some cases, it will need to be attached along with the rest of the materials being submitted by your student. However, when at all possible, getting a hand signed copy that is printed on official school or business letterhead is often ideal. That way, if a digital copy is required, your student just needs to scan the letter and save it as a PDF. But, if the original is needed, there is a copy available.Make Paper Letters Easy to SendWhenever an original, printed letter is required, make sure your child is ready to keep the process as simple as possible for the writer.Always Say Thank YouWhenever someone writes a scholarship r ecommendation letter for your child, it should be viewed as a favor that is deserving of appreciation. In the end, the person may be responsible for your student getting an award, so giving thanks is just the polite thing to do.Ideally, the writer should be thanked at least twice; once when they agree to create the document and again when they provide the finished letter.Saying thank you, or even sending a hand signed thank you card, only takes a moment out of your childs day, and making the effort is always worthwhile. The scholarship letter of recommendation is just one topic that we cover in-depth in our online course for students and parents.

Hiv / Aids A Health Concern And Despite The Knowledge Of...

HIV/AIDS is a health concern and despite the knowledge of the disease, the infections are increasing especially amongst Blacks. This topic is particularly of interest to me because I feel that there is a greater need to apply sociology to explain why the rate of infections is increasing amongst certain demographics principally in the blacks/African American in the United States and not the people of whiteness. Blacks/ African Americans are not to blame for the HIV/AIDS, the social environment in which they live affects the individuals and in turn the way they think, act and behave. Corresponding to Lisa McIntyre (The Practical Skeptic, 2011), the sociological concept of social imagination â€Å"disregards biases against individuals and appeals to sources outside the individual† or social forces to explain behavior (p.31) furthermore, the concept of social imagination allows one to tackle the problems from the grassroots and promises significant change in the results. Question: Discuss About The Resource Levelling A Construction Project? Answer: Introducation Critical Path(Stelth, 2009): the path of project activities having 0 TS or TF forms critical path. The path is M7: Batch of field ready tablets ready for use (end of project), 1.2.4.4.4 Report D, 1.2.2.5.4 Report D, 1.2.2.5.5 Review and Approval, 1.3.2.4.2 Report B 1.3.2.4.3 Report C, then 1.5.2 Tests of report generation with field data, 1.5.3 Review, 1.5.4 Modification and Testing, 1.6.1 User Interface (in field) and interface to Server (from field), 1.6.2 Tests of report generation with field data, 1.6.3 Review, 1.6.4 Modification and Testing, 1.7 Production Approval, 1.8 Produce batch of Tablets for use in field and M7: Batch of field ready tablets ready for use (end of project). Impact of Annual holidays: till the operations from December 23, 2016 to January 4, 2017 was excluded the project complete date was May 29, 2017. In any case, once the occasions are entered, the project complete date updated to June 9, 2017. Schedule compression(Lee, 2013) by 3 weeks: to compress the schedule by 3 weeks, we shall target the major activities in CRITICAL PATH. Reduce 1 week from the activity 3.2.4.2 Report B 1.3.2.4.3 Report C by involving more Software Engineer (SE) to review the reports and reduce 2 weeks from 1.8 Produce batch of Tablets for use in field by doubling the resources Software Engineer (SE) and Electronic Engineer (EE). Schedule Highlights of ProjectSchedulePartA2.mpp: MSP Resource Leveling(Dubey, 2015): the over allocated resources can be leveled either by expanding the time of the task, which implies the venture is should have been postponed or adding the resources to financial the work in scheduled time. But there is another way which MS Project adopts is by balancing the resources from non-critical activity to the critical so that bot the work can complete with the available resources and within the time too. So by automatically resources can be leveled in MSP software. Critical Path: since the resource available for the job was more than the requirement so there is no change in dates or the critical path has happened. The full time resources were more than required so rearranging of activities and shifting the final completion data is not required and the critical path remained the same. Impact of resource constraints(Stelth, 2009) on project finish date: as the resources were not the constraints in the project, so there has not been any shifting of final completion date from the earlier file when the leveling was not performed. But the date has changed only by introducing the holidays from 23rd December to 4th References: Dubey, A. (2015). Resource Levelling for a Construction Project. Producers(Career Paper) Essays - Music Production, Record Producer

Producers(Career Paper) Introduction I believe by researching this career, I will learn more about what its like to be a producer. I also believe that my research will help me choose what occupation Id like to have when I finish school. I chose this profession as the topic of my career paper because I want to learn more about it because I may be interested in going into this career. Job Description Producers have financial and administrative control over the making of movies, plays, and TV shows. Producers hire directors, principal members of the cast, and negotiate contracts with artistic personnel, often in accordance with collective bargaining agreement (Actors, Directors, and Producers 180). Together with the director, the producer also hires other members of the staff. A large staff includes several production assistants, associate producers, or assistant producers who are in charge of various parts of the production. These assistants help producers perform their task. During production, the producer is in charge of all the people involved in the movie, television, or theater project, including actors, directors, and production workers (CIC 154). Kaci Wall Anyone with enough money can produce a play or movie. A person successful in business who has contacts in the theater may raise the money to produce a play. Someone experienced in films, such as a director, may raise enough money to produce a film. Producers are entrepreneurs. They select plays or scripts, arrange financing, and decide on the size of the production and its budget. (CIC 154). Movie producers may be employed by film studios or may work independently. Producers who work for large film companies usually have experience both in films and business. The job of producer can be approached from either field. A lot of money goes into these productions, and the producers job is to raise the money needed and see that its spent wisely. Its the producers responsibility for ultimately turning a profit for the investors. A good producer would recognize a successful show or movie while its still in planning stages. A smart producer spots a bad idea, more often than not, before too much money is wasted on it (CIC 154). Kaci Wall Education Required There are no standard educational or training requirements for the position of producer (CIC 154). Most producers have studied film, video production, or drama at the college level. Many have also trained as actors in dramatic arts schools. People who may be accepted need at least a bachelors degree or two years of on-set experience and also must pass written tests. Courses in acting and communications can be helpful. College drama courses in liberal arts, stage speech and movement, directing, playwriting, history of drama, and design and play production can be helpful also. (GIS 1). Talent and experience are very important to getting a job in this field. Producers need good business sense to handle finances. Movie and play producers need to have enough personal contacts to be able to raise money, hire staff, and find distributors (GIS 1). Expected Earnings In general, the pay for producers is good. Producer salaries range from $25,000-$70,000. Executive producers make even higher salaries, sometimes up to $200,000. A producer can earn a few thousand dollars, or a Kaci Wall few hundred thousand dollars for a production. Those with larger budgets earn much more than other producers (GIS 1). Job Outlook The number of producers is small. Few new producers are hired each year by the large TV and film companies (CIC 155). Employment of producers is expected to grow faster than the average for all occupations through 2008. In addition, an even greater number of job openings are expected to arise from the need to replace workers who leave the field. Nevertheless, competition for these jobs will be stiff, as the glamour of actor, director, and producer jobs, coupled with the lack of formal entry requirements will attract many people to these occupations. As in the past, only the most talented will find regular employment (OOH). Contribution Entertainment is very important to society today, which is why I think this occupation is important. Most people like to watch television, movies, or plays, and without this option, many people would be very disappointed. Without producers, television programs, movies, and plays would not be possible. They are

College GPA Requirements What Do You Need to Get In

College GPA Requirements What Do You Need to Get In SAT / ACT Prep Online Guides and Tips As a high school student, you may bewondering ifyour GPA is high enough to meet the admission standards at your college of choice. Not every college has specific GPA requirements, but it's possible to estimate a cutoff for admission based on statistics from previous classes. In this article, I'll explain howGPA requirements for colleges work and give you the tools to figure out exactly how high your GPA should be to apply successfully to your dream college. Do Many Colleges Have GPA Requirements? There are quite a few colleges that have minimum GPA requirements for applicants. Most of these are suggestions rather than hard limits, but they’re good guidelines to follow if you want to have a strong chance of acceptance. Colleges with minimum GPA requirements tend to be public schools.Since these schools receive larger pools of applicants, it’s much easier for them to sort students by statistics like GPA.The Massachusetts public university system is an example of a group of colleges that imposes minimum GPA requirements on applicants. In this case, students must earn at least a 3.0 weighted GPA for admission. Here are a few additional examples of schools that have minimum GPA requirements: College Name Minimum GPA Requirement University of North Carolina 2.5 (weighted) University of Mississippi 2.0 (unweighted) University of Florida 2.0 (unweighted) Portland State University 3.0 (unweighted) University of Nevada - Reno 3.0 (weighted) Grand Canyon University 3.0 (unweighted) Grand Canyon University Can You Still Get Into a College If You Don't Meet the GPA Requirements? Students who don't meet a college's GPA requirementsare less likely to make it through the initial reviewof applications unless they've done something else outstanding in high school. A college that has minimum GPA requirementsmay admit some students whohave lower grades if they show extreme promise in other areas like athletics, test scores, or extracurricular pursuits. For example, if you're a nationally ranked tennis player and will be a huge asset to the school's team, you could probably get away with a lower GPA than the college requires. This might also apply if you accomplished something unique in high school that not many other students have done, like starting your own successful business. It's possible to circumvent college GPA requirements, but you shouldn’t count on special circumstances to bail you out. Your best bet for admission is to (at the very least) surpass the minimum requirement for admitted students. Don't count on a mutant hybrid of Christian Bale and a hay bale to bail you out either. How High Does Your GPA Have to Be to Get Into College in General? Looking beyond specific schools, you may be wondering how high your GPA should be if you want to end up as a competitive applicant for colleges overall. The national average unweighted GPA for high school students is a 3.0 (a B average), but this is for all students, including those who don’t plan to attend college.Students who do attend college will have slightly higher GPAs on average. If you want a solid chance of getting into a four-year college, the lowest GPA you can get away with is probably around a 2.0 (a C average).Keep in mind that this is only enough for acceptance to the least selective schools in the country, and it’s still risky. For even mildly selective schools (think 60-80 percent acceptance), you should have at least a 3.0 unweighted GPA.Once you start thinking about even more selective colleges (less than 60 percent acceptance), GPA standards are usually around a 3.5 or higher. Notice that I’m specifically talking about unweighted GPAs here.Your school could use weighted GPAs, meaning your GPA would be out of 5.0 instead of 4.0.If this is the case, tread carefully with GPA requirements.A 4.0 weighted GPA and a 4.0 unweighted GPA are not equivalent because a weighted GPA takes course difficulty into account.A 4.0 weighted GPA could mean all Bs in high-level classes or all As in low-level classes while a 4.0 unweighted GPA means all As regardless of class level. If your weighted GPA is higher than a 4.0, that doesn’t mean you’ll be accepted to any college where you apply.Pay attention to your letter grades and your course levels to make sure you’re on track.Challenging yourself in hard classes and earning a few Bs is more impressive to colleges than a transcript full of straight As in courses that were clearly too easy for you. Do your homework while free-climbing a sheer cliff face. It's the only way to show colleges that you're committed. What Are the GPA Requirements for Your College Goals? General statistics are all well and good, but your GPA standards should really be determined by your individual college goals. You may not plan on applying to a college that provides concrete GPA requirements, but you can still estimate what it takes to get into the schools that interest you. The best way to do this is to Google â€Å"[name of college] PrepScholar admission requirements.†The first result should be a link to a page that lists admissions statistics for whatever school you chose. Before you look at the GPA statistics, notice the admissions rate.Any school that has an admission rate below 15% will be a reach no matter what GPA you have, so don’t assume that surpassing the average GPA guarantees you a spot. Let’s use UC Davis as an example.UC Davis has a 41% admission rate. This means it’s probably safe to assume that you have a solid chance of getting in if your GPA is higher than the indicated average. It’s selective, but not in the most selective group of schools (we rate it as â€Å"moderately competitive†).The average GPA at UC Davis is a 3.99 according to the article. That’s almost a perfect 4.0 - but numbers can be deceptive! Since we’re relying on the schools themselves to provide statistics about their average GPAs, the numbers are often skewed high. The 3.99 GPA probably reflects a mixture of weighted and unweighted GPAs. We don’t know for sure whether it’s out of 4.0, 4.5, or 5.0 (or some combination of different scales). This makes things much less clear-cut.There may be some students at UC Davis who had straight A’s throughout high school, but there are probably many others who got As and Bs in high-level classes at high schools that use weighted GPAs.On a weighted GPA scale out of 5.0, someone earning all Bs in high-level classes would still have a 4.0. UC Davis If you see that a school has an average GPA that’s higher than a 3.75, you can assume that you will need to take at least some advancedclasses and earn As and Bs to have a strong chance of being accepted.Unless the school’s admission rate is lower than 20 percent or so, don’t assume that most students have near-perfect grades. At Harvard, for example, the average GPA is a 4.04. This seems only a bit higher than the average at UC Davis, but with a 6 percent admissions rate and an average ACT score of 34, it's clear that Harvard is significantly more competitive. Don’t look at the average GPA as thebe-all-end-all number. It’s more of an estimate since high schools vary so dramatically and colleges calculate GPAs differently. You should also check the actual admissions websites for schools you're interested in to make sure you’re not missing out on any requirements. For University of California schools, the admissions guidelines state that nonresidents (out of state students) should earn at least a 3.4 GPA to be admitted to a UC campus. You will also need to take certain courses to be eligible for admission. UC Davis GPA statistics broken down by range and percent acceptance rate. The majority of admitted students for 2015 had GPAs above a 4.0, which indicates that these numbers are referencing a weighted GPA scale. Source: UC Davis What Should You Do If Your GPA Is too Low for Your School of Choice? If your GPA is lower than average for the schools that interest you, there are a couple of ways you can improve your chances of being accepted. If you're a freshman or sophomore, you still have time left to raise your GPA. Depending on what your specific struggles are, you might try revising your study habits in various ways. Read this article for advice on strategies you can use to improve your grades. If you're already in your junior or senior year, you don't have much (or any) time left to raise your GPA. In this case, you may try to bolster other partsof your application to make up for it. You can often compensate for a slightly below average GPA with higher than average SAT or ACT scores. At UC Davis, the average SAT score is an 1805.This is at the 75th percentile mark for SAT scores nationally, so students in the top 25% of the SAT score range (1800-2400) are most likely to be admitted.A 2100 combined with a 3.6 GPA gives you about the same chances at UC Davis as an 1800 combined with a 4.0 GPA. Beyond standardized test scores, you may also be able to make up for a lower GPA with impressive extracurricular achievements that demonstrate your passions and unique interests. This could include anything from running your own Etsy shop to organizing a Quidditch tournament at your school to building robots in your free time. If you're involved in community service or are a leader of a club, you should highlight these facts on your application. Even if you just had to work a boring part-time job throughout high school, that counts as an extracurricular activity and shows that you are capable of handling real world responsibilities. Make sure your robot doesn't gain sentience and turn against you. The Bottom Line College GPA requirements aren’t everything when it comes to admissions, but they can play a strong role in the decision-making process. To get into any four-year college, your GPA should be at least a 2.0 or higher. If you’re aiming for selective colleges (less than 60% acceptance rate), you should shoot forat least a 3.5. Remember, these estimates aren’t necessarily accurate for every student or every college.Look up admissions requirements for schools that you like to get a better sense of their academic standards. Also, keep in mind that your high school may calculate GPA differently than other schools (especially if it's recorded on a weighted scale).Your 4.0 weighted GPA won’t be as impressive as the 4.0 unweighted GPA of another student at a different high school who took higher level classes than you. Course levels are very important. You can have a GPA that’s slightly lower than a school’s average and still have a chance of getting in if you earned it in by taking the most challengingclasses your high school offers. Always continue to push yourself and work towards higher academic goals if you hope to be admitted to selective colleges. Pay attention to the levels in your application mix. What's Next? Do you have a B average but want to improve even more to get into more selective colleges? Read this article for advice on what you should do based on your current GPA. Industrial Revolution Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words - 1

Industrial Revolution - Essay Example The success of the whole process depended on the ability to access products and services readily and the reduction of time wastage because of increased accessibility (Kiely, 2003, p. 56). Increased product and service visibility is directly linked with improve livelihoods because it reduces the amount of time and allow citizens to solve issues faster than before the revolution. Actually, industrial revolution simplified the living condition and improved the status of American citizens. As the focus changed from subsistence production to commercial production, several changes occurred and affected the citizens positively. The increase in competition led to drive to change the production methods and need for expansion due to increasing demand. Therefore, industrialization led to change in transportation and technology (Kiely, 2003, p. 57). New production systems were invented in order to reduce cost of production and increase the number of units produced. Consequently, the infrastructure was upgraded in order to improve connection between suppliers and consumers. The change was effective because it improved the citizen’s access to cities and essential products and services. The development of highways, canals, and turnpikes improved connection in the society which affected the society positively. Industrial revolution led to increased job creation within the society thereby increasing per capita earning of the country. The development of factories as a result of increased competition and revolution was in tandem with the demand for labor. The demand for labor created an opportunity for American citizens to get employment in the companies (Kiely, 2003, p. 89). The demand for labour attracted immigrants which led to more immigrants crossing the border in search for jobs. The entry of immigrants changed the countries perspective and led to the development of new approaches in the society including integration of different cultures and production systems. The immigrants shaped the landscape of the country by improving the understanding of the rights of the citizens and outsiders. In fact, the immigration led to awareness on human rights infringement and the need to develop the bill of rights. Therefore, it led to improved societal awareness. Challenges of the industrial revolutio n Despite the positives associated with the industrial revolution, it also brought several challenges as a result of change in population and production. One main issue highlighted by environmentalist is environmental damage as a result of the increased damage. During the industrialization era, few rules existed that protected the environment. In fact, there was no guidance in relation to environmental protection. As a result, companies polluted the environment seriously. The most affected sector was air because of the use of coal, wood and fossil fuel in the production process (Kiely,

Industrial and biotechnology Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2000 words

Industrial and biotechnology - Essay Example Its revolution rides on a series of concurrently related advances in three areas: genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics. It is now possible to manipulate genetic information and design products, or to even tweak gene expression and genetic information can be transferred between markedly different groups of organisms. Recombinant DNA technology and molecular manipulations have been exploited to improve the production by increasing titers and yields of microbial processes. Introduction Industrial biotechnology is the application of biotechnology for production and processing of chemicals, materials, pharmaceuticals, and bio-energy with less energy consumption, reduced greenhouse gas emissions, higher yields and reduced waste. It uses enzymes and micro-organisms to environmentally friendly manufacturing of products by maximizing and optimizing already established and utilized biochemical pathways. Industrial biotechnology, also known as white biotechnology, has developed rapidly in t he last several decades and has enormous potential and versatility in manufacturing with higher yield and titer. The industry’s economy i.e. Bioeconomy has made a substantial impact in the world economy, is growing at rate without historical precedence. It has no doubt, revolutionized almost every sector of economy whether, it is agriculture or healthcare or petroleum industry. Today, biotechnology is a major participant in global economy and promise to be a major player in next a couple of decades. According to Steve Burrill, President and CEO of Burrill & Co at BIO (Biotechnology industry organization) conference, May 2010 in Chicago, USA said with his trade mark optimism that â€Å"those in the industry were fortunate to be alive at this time, when all current world problems -- climate change, sustainability, energy security, food production and security, and healthcare reform could be tackled if not solved by biotechnology†. To-day’s world’s economy i s facing a range of environmental, social, and economic challenges, development and deployment of biotechnology tools can provide opportunities for renewed economic growth. No doubt, it has already successfully established in some sectors, is still in its infancy. It is a market reality and has consumer demand, from new innovative approaches with huge promise to lower the carbon footprint. Major Products of Industrial Biotechnology Industrial biotechnology has provided products that have impacted our lives. These products have profoundly changed our lives, environment, and economy. They include industrial and agricultural products, food additives, healthcare products, and biofuels. The development of penicillin fermentation in the 1940s marked the beginning of industrial biotechnology. This resulted in production of a large number of metabolites of commercial importance by fermentation. Primary metabolism inside a living organism involves a cascade of enzyme mediated catabolic, and anabolic reactions which provide biosynthetic intermediates and energy, and convert biosynthetic precursors into essential macromolecules such as DNA, RNA, proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides. It is finely balanced and intermediates are rarely accumulated. By deregulating primary metabolism, overproduction of many primary metabolites has been achieved in the fermentation industry. There is enormous use of biotechnological processes in production of primary and secondary

Team-Working Environment Essay Example for Free

Team-Working Environment Essay Compare the contribution of the different skills described in Task 4a whilst used within a team-working environment. Communication Skills In a sales team, communication skills are vital. They are vital because good communication skills allow someone to make important contributions to a team. In a team, the most important attribution is good clear communications. Good clear communications is important to a team because it helps to avoid mistakes, misunderstandings being made. Clear communication can be a tool used to effect motivation in a positive way. Being tactful this allows you to turn negative into positive. De-motivation occurs because of lack of communication. As a result this will lead to lack of punctuality. Good communication will improve motivation and increase company performance. In addition to that, good communication between team members will enforce standards and show what standards management expects. However, poor communication can lead to low or no motivation on the part of employees. As a result, this can lead to poor punctuality, low motivation, low confidence and low-esteem. In addition to that, poor communication can lead to employees not knowing their targets and this will result in the company stagnating as they are not reaching their targets. Conflicts can happen all the time. Good communication can go a long way to aid conflict management. Communication can help them members dissolve team issues and establish a way forward. Listening and meeting and through face to face communication. When an issue arises it is important to establish the correct method of communication. In the situation, it is better to use face to face contact as this method is very important because people will get to know each other and respect each other. If a team wants to be successful, then this is the way to go. Depending on the situation, for example, when conflict arises, it is better to solve the situation face-to-face rather than through email. In other cases such as a team leader wanting to remind someone of a task, a written memo could be used to remind them. If members within a team are going to work successful then the members will need to be able to understand and recognise each others differences as individuals. Another method is to get to know tea members by making face to face contact and through social encounters. When dealing with criticism, bad criticism can lead to low confidence and self esteem. Bad criticism can result in either two things happening; the person on the end of the criticism can be motivated by it or de-motivated by it. However, it is how the critique gives the4 criticism out is important. If its in a positive way fro example, a teacher is talking to a student and says look Deborah, you have done some fantastic work here but I think you need to add a little bit more detail here and you will defiantly achieve the grading criteria. This kind if criticism would give me the motivation to complete it and make sure I reach the criteria. In this case, it is important that you are open to criticism and do not take as an offensive gesture. if properly communicated then the other person will be open and understand the point you are trying to get across. Adaptability and responsiveness to different situations is important in areas such as the current business climate. Change ban be recognised through communication and implementation can be achieved through communication. Implementation often requires brave discussions taking place and courage to take path. This will be achieved better through face-to-face communication rather than methods such as emailing. In conclusion all the skills I have discussed above are needed to make a successful team are important. Many of the skills highlighted above come back to good effective two way communication skills and as a result will improve team cohesion and improve the way that targets are set and achieved. Now I will list the skills and why they are important. * Articulation of ideas- Important because you need to speak clearly to put your message across. * Tact- important because it involves being respectful for others and their ideas. * Effective listening- important because if you do not listen you will not know what to do. In addition to that listening as well as talking is needed or effective communication. * Sincerity- Important because you have to be sincere and honest when communicating with others as this makes you appear as a better person. * Concern for team members- important because when another person who is doing a task and you show concern, they will be more often than not return the favour and as a result the team will perform at a much higher level. * Building morale/confidence Important because if your team has members who have low morale and low confidence they will not be motivated to complete the tasks that I as the team leader have set. * Questioning- Important because you need to be able to ask appropriate questions. * Defusing and resolving conflict- Important because when conflicts arise it is important that you solve it in an unbiased way that suits both parties. Communication is the most important factor within a team. It is the deciding factor in whether or not a team reaches the targets that have been set.

Womens Rights :: essays research papers

Worcester is an amazing city with much historical importance and recognition. Many residents often do not realize the significance of this great city. Most individuals familiar with Worcester have heard about the smiley face, the first valentines, and the birth control pill all coming from Worcester, but these items tend to go to the back of one’s mind after time. What many do not realize is that the First Woman’s National Rights Convention was held right here in Worcester as well.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  This historical event took place at Brinley Hall on Main Street, In Worcester, Massachusetts, in October 1850, after being arranged by such prominent anti-slavery activists as Abby Kelley Foster and Lucy Stone. The convention drew a crowd of one thousand people, consisting of both whites and blacks, and most surprisingly to many, both men and women.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚   Speakers such as, Abby Price, Paulina Wright Davis, and Lucretia Mott spoke out at this event with extreme effectiveness towards advancements for the woman’s rights movements. â€Å"†¦ no one could listen to them without respect for the talent of the speakers, whatever they might think of the merits of the cause,† reported the Massachusetts Spy newspaper. Although there was a similar convention held two years earlier in Seneca Falls, New York, it had attracted little attention. It was not until the First National Woman’s Rights Convention was held in Worcester that advancements to proposed resolutions were starting to spring about, due to its national recognition.   Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  Ã‚  In my opinion, one of the most relevant resolutions brought up during this convention was that of women suffrage. Not only were speakers calling for women suffrage, but also for the suffrage and rights for African Americans as well. You can see this hope for the future from the quote of one of the resolves stating, â€Å"Equality before the law, without distinction of sex or color.† While many people might not have agreed with that statement back during this time, this convention proved of the intelligence and the universal respect for everyone that a lot of people exhibited at Brinley Hall. It went to show that not everyone was racially prejudice. Because there were men there also supporting the memorable event, it also showed that they knew in their wisdom that women were equal with men and were plenty capable to make decisions for the United States, by voting in the wonderful system of democracy. These men were strong and courageous for supporting such a radical idea, at that time, as the equality of sexes.

Han vs Rome Ap World

Comparative Essay The massively extensive classical empires of Imperial Rome (31BCE-476CE) and Han China (206BCE-220CE) were extremely influential when it came to the world around them. In essence, the two empires were virtually the same in terms of political structure and military protocols, yet greatly different in the area of religious tolerance. Both Han China and Imperial Rome had a political system structure consisting of a sovereign emperor who made executive, almost dictator-like, decisions and directed the affairs of the empire. However, in both empires, emperors relied on regional governors to regulated affairs in their respective regions due to the fact that both empires were so massive and consisted of an enormous population. These leaders would also collect a tax that was imposed on free peasants of the empire. In both empires, the emperor was seen as a god-like figure, for example the Mandate of Heaven in Han China was used to persuade the citizens that the emperor was a direct link to the gods. Both Han China and Imperial Rome used religion as a helper in political culture. Confucianism was enforced by the government and promoted obedience, loyalty, and reverence to one’s social superiors. In Rome, Emperor Constantine converted to Christianity in 312CE, and used the church as a sort of guidance/advisor. Both civilizations established a type of â€Å"civil service† based on educated members of the middle class. As far as military protocols go, both militaries worked extensively on projects for the empire such as roads to expedite troop movement.Late in the histories of both empires, foreign soldiers were enlisted in the military due to a drop in population of plagues hit the society. The Roman’s enlisted the help of the Germanic tribes while the Hans enlisted the help of the Mongols. These â€Å"mercenary† soldiers lacked greatly in motivation and pride. Both civilizations enlisted the help of soldiers of the people who w ere invading them. The military prowess of both civilizations was used to hold and maintain peace once expansion was accomplished. While both civilizations consisted of one sovereign emperor, the methods in which emperors imposed their authorities differed between each. In Rome, the emperors resorted to threats and promises, where as in Han China, the emperors relied mostly on the Mandate of Heaven institution and tributes/gifts from the citizens. Both rulers had a slightly different role as well. The Emperor of China was judge, jury, and executioner, whereas the Emperor of Rome could not act without the senate's approval. With military expedition and empire expansion, the methods were quite different. When the Romans conquered a new region, they would enforce soldiers in that region until the tax was collected. After the tax was paid, the Romans allowed the conquered peoples to keep their cultural ways. This also applied to religion. Conquered peoples could remain with their religion as long as they followed the system. In fact, in 212CE, Rome offered citizenship to conquered peoples in exchange for adopting Roman culture. This offer was extended to all free people of the conquered region, and citizenship for them meant they had the right to hold office, serve in legions, and others. However, becoming a citizen did not erase their other identities like religious views. Rome also collected many foreign religions, making the entire empire a college of religious views. Unlike Rome, Han China forced Confucian beliefs upon their conquered areas. When the Han invaded and conquered Korea and Vietnam, they established a Chinese-style rule upon the people and forced Confucian beliefs upon them.Han did not collect foreign religions with the exception of Buddhism. Han China and Imperial Roman political structure, military protocols, and religious tolerance share various similarities in political structure and military protocols, and are more different in the area of religi ous tolerance. While both political structures involved a sovereign emperor who used regional leaders as a way to extend his control to the outskirts of the empire, they differed in the ways the emperor imposed his authority. With military protocols, both militaries were involved in the construction of roads that expanded all over the empire. However, the militaries differed in how they treated their conquered peoples with religion and culture. Both empires had some form of religious tolerance. Han Chinese citizens were allowed to practice Buddhism while the Roman Emperor Constantine converted to Christianity. However, Romans had more tolerance for foreign religions in the empire than Han China did.

The idea has several benefits: cost, health and well being with customers value addition. Blue ocean strategy is the source of highly profitable growth where Companies challenge an industries conventional wisdom and achieve the long term monetary benefits. Although there is less walk in customers initially but based on the concept and mantra laid down in Blue Ocean strategy this can led to success. Its benefits, along with conclusion and disadvantages of Blue and Red Ocean Strategy will be discussed in detail. Blue Ocean strategies are progressively being used by groups all across the world. This is because of the long term profits that have been recognized to drift towards the organization. Key Area of Research The main source of research is based on the book well written by Mr. W. Chan Kim and Renà ©e Mauborgne Blue Ocean Strategy: How to Create Uncontested Market Space and make the Competition Irrelevant. Author have focused on the real life practices of the corporate world and explained how those companies have developed their own Blue Ocean. Other source of research includes lectures, journals, reference books and publication in cover papers. A survey has also been conducted to support the idea where around 100 people with different buying habit were questioned and public opinion over the use of Halal products as replacement of Kocher meat was asked. For assistance volunteers has designed a questionnaire for people considering the topic in context to determine whether the innovative idea would be an acceptable, healthier and hygienic solution without aggrieving religious susceptibilities of people to which most of people agreed to give their response to consumer panel. Findings based on above survey and questionnaire envisages the fact that not only Muslims prefer halal food even Jews prefer it over Kocher after informing them about its benefits and similarities exist in the concept of slaughtering referring with Hebrew Bible. The Halal meat will eliminate health issues, hygienic and will be the respectful humane way of killing an animal to consume its meat. Moreover Halal meat has requisite to raise animal reared on grasses instead of junk supplements. The blue ocean strategy proved to be of great insight as it resolved many societal and religious issues of people, its structure and of its enactment. Critical Discussion of Strategic Models According to well known authors and lecturers the best way to have an edge over your competition is to stop attempting to beat the competition. As per Mr. W. Chan Kim and Renà ©e Mauborgne , whole market is based on these two strategies i.e. Blue ocean strategy and Red ocean strategy. Red ocean strategy is becoming bloody day by day and companies management need to be more accustomed with Blue ocean strategy than current customs manager is used to. Red ocean strategy is representation of products which are in existence where as blue ocean strategy represent products or services which does not exist. Approach that creates value in product is hidden in complementary product and services. The success is to define and describe the solution customer think while selecting a product or service. Best and simple way is to think what a customer would think while buying product and his reaction after using that commodity. In red ocean strategy the ambits and limits are clearly defined and co mpanies accept it willingly. Based on Blue ocean strategy the companies should never outsource things in which they have core competencies. An artist will not let his idea to be painted with other artist. Same as the putting the feet in every shoe vis-a-vis story of strategy maker. To increase the quantum of Blue Ocean, Companies shave to do revers engineering. Instead of focusing over their prospective customer, they need to look at non customer. Companies who approached for product differentiation need to build on powerful commodities in what buyer value. Red ocean strategy following companies uses conventional approach to beat competition by developing position with in existing market. Contrarily operating in Blue ocean strategy do not fight over petty issues, they look beyond cat fights over profits. In other words, instead of focusing or introducing a product or service which eliminate the chances of moving toward supplementary items of competitors. Mr. W. Chan Kim and Renà ©e Mauborgne have termed Blue ocean strategy as value innovation. Value without innovation focuses only on creating value on incremental basis. This means that change can lead to upward trend but a slow pace, based on which survival is big issue. Simultaneously innovation without value seems to be technological change or pathetic concept or customers are unwillingly to adopt or accept innovation. Thereafter according to author Companies can attain value innovative when they are able to link innovation with: Utility Price Cost Adoption Blue ocean strategy is new concept where Organization asks variety of questions from them to achieve niche market share where other organization have not started venture. Authors have defined a framework depending on four questions: Which factor should eliminate industry takes for granted? (Incase of Halal meat research health factor is taken for granted.) Which of industries below standard factor should be reduced? (In case of Halal meat the clotting in meat has been reduced as compared to Kocher meat) Which of industries above standard factor should be raised? (Here uniqueness and demand can be raise by obtaining certification from authorities) Factors to be introduce which are never offered before. (Punched meat in clean and hygienic manner in front of customer) Kim and Mauborgne discussed that high performance cannot be achieved using strategies based on traditional competency. To earn more profits opportunist or entrepreneurs need to develop blue oceans. The authors explains that many companies have traditional belief of competing with the others in the market fro survival and they are forced to do so, termed as structuralism. To remain in the market, business gurus of red ocean strategy focus on making profit through competition, usually by evaluating what opponents are doing and striving hard to do better. In these circumstances, having or attaining a bigger share of t he industry is seen as a game where utility is balanced in which the organization achieved an increment in the deficit of another organization. Due to which the equation of supply becomes the variable component explain strategy in competitive market. Where, associated cost are considered as trade-offs and a company selects a unique cost or unique position. This is because the total earning level of the targeted industry is also determined by essential factors, companies ultimately seek to obtain and redistribute capital other than creating wealth. They prefer Red Sea, where there is limited growth Blue Ocean Strategy, however, based on the view that the limits of the market and the structure of the industry can not be given and can be rebuilt from the acts and assumption of market players. This idea is termed as reconstruction by the authors. Assuming that the market structure and limits exist only in the minds of managers and professionals who hold this view do not let current m arket structures limit their thoughts and creativity. This, in reply, requires a shift in attention to demand from supply, to focus on innovation value from a focus on competition which a source to create new demand. This is achieved through surveys, experiment and research at a time of low cost and diversity. As the market norms relating to cost and equilibrium have been broken, what will be the rules of the game? Competition in that is irrelevant. New wealth can be generated by raising the demand Due to which companies can play non sum zero game, with more perks and returns. Implementing blue ocean strategy does not mean a company need huge fund to launch a new strategic model in market to attain profit in near future. However companies can purchase their route to the blue ocean through research and development. From bookish point of view, this is possible, but ignores some precautions of Blue Ocean Strategy. Development over innovation is warned because the new product can be thrown out of the market by providing product for which customer is not ready to pay for it. Moreover a dependeum pendulum needs to be established between cost and price. Therefore, investing much over research and development could find a Blue Ocean, but will not guarantee success. But chances of failure increases. Basic principle and the most significant of companies strategic requirement to be determined before investing money in its development. A company thinking to recreate a blue ocean should ensure that these number of compromises is less than the satisfaction of customer which must be maximum. Last but not the least, Blue Ocean bringing of new factors never been introduced ever. This will ensure that company seek to be different among the market people and have to move one step ahead of red ocean strategy. In the context to differentiation of market and letting costs down, the above two questions would help in driving the costs at minimum while the other increase value for buyer. If four factors use in conjunction the competition will be irrelevant. However in todays world, developing and maintaining a blue ocean market is complicated. This is due to enormous entrants in the market and cut throat competition based on which things become common and Blue Ocean turns in to red ocean strategy. Key findings and practical implications on the company Creating a new business environment based on blue ocean strategy always has inherent risk. Every concept or idea has risk which needs to be addressed at initial stage in order to capitalize over it as savior and get maximum benefits with idea. There are many questions which need to be answered before the execution of concept. Blue ocean strategy assists companies in responding those concerns: Ask is there a buyer utility available? Will it unlock exceptional utility? Is there a reason people will prefer over other commodity to buy? If these are absent, there is not any potential in market to start Blue Ocean. For the purpose of this assignment I have targeted the meat industry and meat lovers in UK. In course of survey I have came across different slaughtering houses and consumer buying meat. However they have one thing in common they are being sold to the public at large with out considering religious susceptibilities of residents. e.g. The idea move around the conc ept moving around ease of access of Halal food which is healthy and hygienic and does not affect religious susceptibilities of people scientifically proven. Following are the four areas explained earlier during the critical analysis of model: Utility: The question that organization need to know whether this innovation in marketwill generate utility and get buyers satisfaction. On conducting survey of 100 people belonging to different religious background 64 people like to have meat healthier and juicy, with mild redness on meat. People who were questioned with different background is as follows: S.No Religious Background No. of people Muslims 42 Christians 18 Jews 30 Other 10 The reason behind introducing this concept was Muslim usually prefers Halal meat and they have to travel a lot to purchase this. Meanwhile the concept of Slaughtering is more or less common in Hebrew Bible and Holy book of Muslims.Jews and others after being convinced on the usefulness of Halal food changed their perception and showed willingness to buy if introduced. Price Generally availability of meat without clotting and mild color meat require travel to remote areas, which significantly increase cost to travel. In order to achieve equilibrium people prefer that buy in bulk to reduce their fixed over heads. However their holding and storage cost increases. Cost Before moving to cost, the in-depth analysis of costing need to be done. Again comparing the cost of Halal food and other meat, the cost are relatively same. The per unit cost would be increase by hiring a person slaughtering animal contrarily the same per unit cost would be reduced by saving machine hour of slaughtering. Adoption Final question required to be answered is problem that will show upon implementation of this venture. The first and most important is to create the horizon that is benefited to customer and safe valuable time. This can be achieved by applying modern slaughtering method. Figure 1-1 an analysis of new business launches has been shown by researcher. The survey involved 108 companies, of which 86% have opted red ocean strategy; i.e. vertical integration to the existing demand. As explained, the revenue impact based on red ocean business startup is higher than organization generating sales than Blue Ocean strategy implementers. However, the effect of Red Ocean practicing companies on their gross profit; which of course any profit seeking organizations goal is, was less than those generated from Blue Ocean. Key conclusions student learned and success of group endeavors After considering both the options i.e. Red ocean strategy and Blue ocean strategy, it is much better than red ocean strategy, but it is hard to come across with the new one. Blue ocean strategy has its certain limitations which affect the ups and down of organization seek to earn profit through Blue ocean strategy. As we all know that strategy implementation is not a piece of cake. The organization need to be smart with high objectives to attain goals and striving hard to attain dominant position. If they fail to apply Blue Ocean strategy successfully this would turn in to red as the opponents will use up their ideas. Some more limitation like disclosure of sensitive information would make it common and leadership in certain commodity may be loosed. In that case companies usually get their patents registered with authorities, so no one misuse that and if they want to opt this idea, they will have to pay royalty to Company. Brand and negotiation are not considered relevant in bl ue ocean strategy, due to which key to success cannot be achieved. Blue ocean strategy is more a strategy and is tool to brand a concept successfully with highly improved ideas. As a group we conclude that organization exist in Red ocean strategy and all of them have capacity and skills to compete in existing market of Red ocean strategy. What they need is to learn Blue ocean strategy and get what they need to do is gear up their skills and make more profit by raising innovation. How individual contribution impacted the group Group project help us to develop group of skills that increasingly important in corporate world. The best part was structuring these group properly based on which the task were been completed smoothly, relevant to both group and individual including skills to: Break down job into pieces and part. Proper time management Crystallizing ideas through group discussion and explanation Debate over assumptions and methodology Developing skills of communication Group projects have helped us to develop our individual capacities to: Tackle problematic situations Delegate task and roles Diversified portfolio Making a pool of knowledge management Own things and held accountable for task performances Moral and social support Make person problem solving After group discussion key points were noted and conclusion was drawn considering all circumstances. Action taken on points previously considered? Giving task for future on research topic and set deadlines. By following these steps, the group was moving on the right track and was allowed to give their inputs if required. Due to which quality material on concept of Blue ocean strategy and related research was prepared. This was achieved only by each members contribution to work and give as many ideas he can which were rated down according to their significance and usefulness.
